Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about fit, AI, implementation, security and support.

Every answer describes a current public product or operating boundary. Pricing and legal pages remain the source for commercial and policy terms.

Product fit
What is NIYAM?

NIYAM is a web and mobile field-operations product that connects project records, daily updates, labour, materials, bills, expenses, approvals, reports and controlled client sharing.

Who is NIYAM for?

NIYAM is designed for businesses that supervise work away from the office and remain accountable to a client. Current solution pages cover contractors, developers, fitout, civil, MEP, utility, telecom, EPC, distributed-installation and consulting teams.

What does ‘AI handles the routine’ mean?

AI can prepare predictable work such as extracting bill fields, organising supported inputs or drafting from reviewed records. A responsible person checks the source, resolves exceptions and makes consequential decisions.

AI and human review
Does AI approve bills or project decisions?

No. NIYAM keeps operational approval and reliance with authorised people. AI output is prepared information or a review signal, not a final commercial decision.

Does NIYAM support mobile and web workflows?

Yes. Mobile workflows support field capture, while web workflows support review, administration, reporting and wider operational control.

Access and implementation
Can clients and consultants access project information?

Supported client invitations, portal views and shared reports expose selected information. Workspace teams remain responsible for the recipients, records and access they choose to share.

How should a team implement NIYAM?

Start with one project, a defined team and one or two workflows. Agree ownership and review rules, train with real project records, review adoption and expand only after the operating rhythm is stable.

Where can I see current pricing?

The Pricing page is the source for currently published plans, billing cycles and any trial terms displayed for a plan.

Security, resources and contact
What security controls are described publicly?

The Security page describes repository-evidenced identity, workspace access, permissions, audit events, controlled client sharing, production configuration gates and responsible AI boundaries. It does not claim an external certification.

How is personal data handled?

The Privacy Policy and related legal notices explain published data-handling terms. Use those documents rather than summaries on marketing pages for policy decisions.

Are NIYAM resource templates free?

Yes. The six editable Excel workbooks are available directly without a form or email gate. Each page explains its fields, use and limitations.

How do I contact NIYAM?

Use the Contact page for getting started, product fit, implementation, pricing, account support, privacy or security enquiries. The form sends the details and optional supporting files directly to the NIYAM team.

Still evaluating fit?

Describe the field work, review responsibility and client outcome.

That is enough to begin a useful product conversation without sending confidential records.
