• support keyboard navigation and visible focus states;
• provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons;
• maintain readable contrast, zoom and responsive layouts;
• avoid relying on colour alone to communicate status; and
• test important public and account workflows at desktop and compact mobile sizes.

NIYAM is designed for current versions of major browsers on desktop and mobile. Results can vary with older browsers, operating-system settings, browser extensions and assistive-technology combinations.

Some complex construction records, data tables, charts, uploaded documents, maps, third-party payment or authentication interfaces, and older product screens may not yet provide an equivalent experience in every assistive technology. NIYAM prioritises barriers that block sign-in, legal information, subscription understanding and core work.

Accessibility is reviewed through code checks, browser testing and user feedback. NIYAM will update this statement when an independent conformance assessment is completed or when material supported experiences change.
