Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use NIYAM to violate law, regulation, court order, contract, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights. Do not upload or share information unless you have authority and a valid purpose to process it.

• Do not access or attempt to access accounts, workspaces, projects, systems or data without authorisation.
• Do not probe, scan, bypass or defeat authentication, permissions, rate limits, logging or security controls.
• Do not introduce malware, destructive code, credential-harvesting, denial-of-service traffic or other harmful material.
• Do not share sign-in codes or session credentials, impersonate another person, or misrepresent authority.
• Do not reverse engineer or copy protected service components except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by law.

• Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against or endanger another person.
• Do not submit biometric, government identifier, health, financial credential, child or other highly sensitive data unless the feature is intended for it and your organisation has approved lawful safeguards.
• Do not expose worker, client, vendor or project data to recipients who do not need and are not authorised to receive it.
• Do not use invitations, notifications, reports or support channels for spam, deceptive messages or unsolicited marketing.

Do not use AI features to create harmful or deceptive content, evade human approval, make unlawful high-impact decisions, infer highly sensitive traits without authority, or represent generated output as verified fact. Review source material and output before operational use.

Do not scrape, automate or overload the service in a way that degrades it, defeats documented interfaces or interferes with others. Do not resell, sublicense or provide unauthorised access to NIYAM unless a written agreement permits it.

Report suspected abuse to support@niyam.app. NIYAM may investigate, preserve relevant records, restrict content or access, and suspend an account where reasonably necessary and proportionate to address a violation, security risk or legal duty. Where appropriate, NIYAM will notify the account or workspace owner and allow a response.
